Stress Management

Sometimes situations and experiences in our lives require more of us than we can manage.  Therapy can be an excellent way to help more effectively manage your stressors. Stress management has long been my area of expertise.  I work with clients to employ physiological and psychological stress management tools.

Common stress management goals include identifying stressors, examining perception and cognition relating to one's stressors, and then working to find an optimal stress level in order to limit harmful effects while maintaining quality of life.  I help clients examine their emotional, intellectual, spiritual/existential, and social wellness.
