Psychotherapy
​Supportive treatment provides an opportunity to examine and explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are causing concern or distress. I work with adults and adolescents to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs.
​
Sessions generally last 45-50 minutes and the number of sessions needed can vary. I'm a collaborative therapist who specializes in anxiety, stress management, depression, self-esteem and personal growth. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming and have worked with clients from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds.
