Is Therapy Right For Me?

Therapy is used to achieve a wide range of goals. My clients' concerns vary in type and severity.

Some common therapeutic goals in therapy include personal growth, managing stress, limiting the damaging impact of depressive and anxious symptoms, expanded communication skills, relief from emotional pain, repairing self-image, and improved overall functioning.

Please feel free to call or email me to discuss whether or not treatment might be appropriate for you at this time.

We can then schedule an initial intake session where we will discuss treatment goals, confidentiality policy, possible risks and benefits to treatment, and any other questions or concerns you may have.
